Crown Hotel

The staff were really nice, but I didn’t sleep well. My double room was cold and poorly insulated, and I could hear a lot of street noise even after 11pm. It was clean, though.

The hotel has a convenient spot for reaching Kutaisi’s main attractions, while inside it stays quiet and relaxing. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with what you need for a pleasant visit. Staff are welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was satisfying, and the service felt professional and attentive. A reliable, comfortable choice for a visit to Kutaisi.

The front desk lady deserves a special mention. She was kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is in a prime area, with easy access to everything I needed, and my room was spotless, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The location made it easy to walk everywhere, though I marked it down a little because the area behind the hotel feels a bit out of the way. Rooms were clean and nice, and the heating was already on in October. Lana, the receptionist, was a treasure and helped us with everything, even beyond her role. Breakfast is served at 9, as it is everywhere in Kutaisi, so it’s almost impossible to make it if you’ve booked a trip. Lana kindly gave us some food 20 minutes earlier.
