For a one-night stop, the place worked fine. We arrived late, and the host spoke English, showed us the room, took cash, and then left us in peace. The location was easy to find on Google Maps, and the host also shared it and helped us locate the property. We could park inside, though there was room for only one car at a time, and there was adjustable street parking too. There's a small garden out front, which would probably look greener in spring or summer. A shy cat was around as well. We had a Triple room with Balcony. The balcony is shared, but for the price it was worth it. The room was nice, with an extra bed that was handy for bags, plus a heater, kettle, cups and spoons, desk, coat hanger, night light, and private bathroom. The room and bathroom were clean, there was always hot water, and the cozy sheets kept us warm despite the cold. Downstairs there's an always-open kitchen with lots of accessories, along with a piano, dining table, and sofa set in the kitchen and hall. A few things could be better. The bidet leaked and didn't work, the shower spray was weak and uneven, and the bathroom was only so-so, though usable. There was salt stuck to the bottom of the kettle. Cold air came in through the main door, so the heater might not be enough in winter.
