We had a quiet, cozy, clean room at Gelati Guest house, just what we wanted after days exploring Kutaisi and the surrounding area. We stayed in September 2019, and the fresh breakfast was the best we’d had in Georgia. The price was reasonable, and you can walk to the city center. Our host was friendly and spoke English, and could help arrange a mashrutka or call a taxi to the airport. There were baby kittens in the garden while we were there. They were friendly and happy to play, which was a big bonus for us, though of course they might not be there for every stay. We’d recommend the place to our friends and to anyone visiting this part of the country.

The rooms were comfortable and the building was really nice. The owner was so helpful and kind, taking care of everything and making our first days in Georgia much easier. Get the delicious breakfast too!

Everything felt just right here. The location was good, the price fair, and the hosts had the right attitude. The room had its own bathroom, everything was clean, and the WiFi was strong. I liked having a switch and socket right by the bed. They speak English, and the homemade breakfast was good. The map pin is a little off.

Definitely recommend this place. It’s cozy, stylish, and really nice, and the hostess was fantastic, warm, and helpful. She makes excellent breakfasts and treats her guests like family.
