We stayed on 28th October 2025 and had a very pleasant time. The dinner and breakfast buffet was very good, though the selection was limited, and the restaurant staff were pleasant and cooperative. There’s a nice lawn with outdoor seating. Rooms are spacious and nice, but not soundproof, so be aware. The bath towels and other linen were kept in the wardrobe, possibly because there was no storage arrangement in the bathroom. No pool.

We liked it enough to stay twice. It’s in a quiet area, still within walking distance of the city center. Rooms were clean and good, breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

The hotel feels spacious throughout, and there’s good parking. Breakfast was nice too. It’s about a 500m walk to the main town square and the restaurants.

Before booking, getting in touch with reception was frustrating. Email replies could take a very long time, even a week, despite them not seeming especially busy. Breakfast was modest, with few dishes and no decent regular bread, just wholemeal and toast. The free outdoor parking is beside the hotel, but cars sit in full sun from morning to evening and get very hot inside. The area wasn’t attractive to me, with a derelict old factory on one side and a construction site on the other. Kutaisi itself felt ugly and neglected, so the hotel’s location didn’t seem to make much difference. The hotel was clean and the staff very nice and helpful, and the decor and rooms were otherwise fine. There were some flaws, including cracked shower handles, a tabletop with torn screws, and a shower with only one side wall.
