Check-in and check-out were quick and straightforward, and I slept fine. The location is excellent for exploring Kutaissi. The soundproofing could be better, and the rooms would benefit from renovation, but considering the price, I think the negative reviews are a bit exaggerated.

It’s a good value, with spacious, clean rooms and private bathrooms. The central location is ideal for exploring Kutaisi, just a 5 minute walk from attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were quick and helpful. I don’t understand some of the reviews, this hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in the city.

We had an awful stay and would never return. Several beds had dirty, stained bedding, with visible hairs that weren’t ours. One mattress had big stains, and when we lifted it, bugs were moving underneath, possibly bedbugs. We asked for a refund because of the unacceptable room conditions, but the staff ignored our concerns. It felt as if they simply didn’t care.

For the price, everything was 5/5. The room and bathroom were a little small, but that was okay. Everyone was really helpful and polite, and the price was very good. It’s located in the city centre, 5 away, and you can find plenty of parking outside.

It’s quiet and clean, and the location is great. I felt comfortable and nobody bothered me. I’d advise visitors to stay there.
