Hotel 1887

The host was so friendly, and the room and location were excellent. A great hotel, highly recommend it.

I liked that this hotel is in a historic building, with spacious, very clean rooms and balconies. There's also a little garden with grapevines and tangerine trees, which is a nice extra. The owners and staff are kind and helpful, and you can speak with employees in Russian or English. Breakfast is delicious and filling enough to keep you going through the day. It's about 600 m from the very noisy city center, so the distance gives you some peace and quiet. To me, Georgia is about staying somewhere with a real Georgian soul, rather than in a modern glass building or a hotel in the center that's purely Western-oriented. I highly recommend this place.

A family-run hotel with a cozy garden and a very pleasant feel. The people were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, a good size, and had cheerful colors, air conditioning, and a nice bathroom with a rain shower. Breakfast was delicious, with coffee, pancakes, and scrambled eggs. Definitely recommend it.

The owner herself made a delicious pancake for a gorgeous breakfast, and we felt right at home. It's an old house from 1887 that's been fully renovated, just a three-minute walk from the city center. This family hotel makes quality service feel natural. A great experience, and I'd happily come back soon.
