Taking trips with Gocha, sharing a few drinks, and talking about politics made us feel like part of the family. They also helped us plan our trip and were incredibly hospitable and supportive. The local food was so delicious that I really recommend eating here. We had interesting conversations, including a few comments about my smoking :). Spending time with this family was one of the biggest highlights of our trip to Georgia. Five stars don’t feel like enough for the memories and gratitude.

The place was spotless, and the host and their family were kind and helpful in every way. They helped arrange both airport pick-up and drop-off, and were also happy to help with tours. I stayed three nights, and it felt like being at home. Thank you especially for the dinner and cognac they gave us. I’m sure anyone staying in Kutaisi will have a great experience.

The room itself had a lot going for it: it was spacious, with a large closet, a work area, and a lovely bed. But we hadn’t realized from the photos that the shower and toilet were shared, hostel-style. We explained calmly that this wouldn’t work for us. The owner immediately responded with Russophobic remarks and insults. I think it’s important to say that Russians aren’t welcome here. The way we were treated was completely unprofessional. Thank you!

We felt at home with this lovely family. Everyone was so kind, and the daughter speaks several languages. The rooms are spacious, with a shared bathroom. The wife also makes a delicious breakfast. Thank you so much!
