There was roadwork outside, with noise and dust getting into the room. I closed the windows, but then it was too hot. When I asked for the AC control panel, they refused at first. After I started shouting, the woman gave it to me, but the temperature buttons had been removed, so I couldn’t adjust it. When I first arrived, nobody spoke English. The room was bare: no shampoo, just two and a half small bottles of hand soap, no hair dryer or iron, and no cups or tea bags. There were only two towels, and they didn’t want to replace them. They told me to go next door and get them myself. I was the only guest there. The room door was glass, which made me feel uncomfortable. I’ll never stay there again.

We made an honest mistake about the number of guests. The listing said a maximum of three, so three of us came, but the host demanded extra money. She also messaged us through the night on New Year’s Day and knocked on our door several times, hassling us for no reason. Our family stayed here yesterday and the whole experience was a complete disappointment. We won’t be back. Avoid.

They let us check in before the official time, and checkout can be at midday. The room was warm, the shower was hot, and the location is very central. Everything was great.

Our stay was horrible. The host kept hassling us, knocking on the door throughout our stay, 28 times. Avoid.

We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it 😊 The hotel is comfortable, clean, warm, and cozy, with a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere and lovely service. It’s right in the main center, two minutes from the fountain, with lots of restaurants nearby.
