Hotel Dimasi

It's close to the city center, and the staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. We rented a car, so having the promised parking space really mattered. In Batumi and Tbilisi, we had trouble because our hotels didn't have parking, but this one did.

We liked staying here, and the price is affordable. The hotel has plenty of rooms and its own parking lot, with a handy location near Mc. Donald, Colchis fountain, central park, and just 2-5 minutes from the city center. A few things could be improved: cleanliness, footwear outside the toilet, and the breakfast spoons, forks, and knives, which should be replaced. Still, I recommend the place.

Good value overall. The staff are cooperative and helpful, rooms are cleaned daily, and there's hot water. A grocery store is just outside, though the hotel isn't visible from the main road. Breakfast is okay but limited, and it's the same each day. The bathrooms could be better, and there were no bath slippers, just basic cloth ones.

The only thing going for this place is its central location. I felt I'd paid too much for what I got and would definitely avoid it. The receptionist's unprofessional manner made a poor first impression: after a misunderstanding about payment, he angrily demanded money. The Wi-Fi was bad, beds uncomfortable, there were no trash cans, and the clocks were missing or didn't work. Breakfast was poor, windows wouldn't close, and curtains were coming down. The bathroom was tiny, with one tap serving both the sink and shower, making it hard to control. The shower wasn't clean and didn't drain properly. There was mold on walls near food, towels were stained, and the place badly needs maintenance. This is a low quality motel, not a hotel. Not recommended.
