The owner was friendly and accommodating, and it was a real pleasure staying here. The lobby and breakfast area were decorated so nicely, and the room was spacious with a tremendous view. The bed was average, but still comfortable, much like the beds we had elsewhere in Eastern Europe.

Konstantin and Salomì made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the breakfast common area was a charming place to start the day. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, clean linen. We found the neighborhood peaceful and the location convenient: it’s five minutes downhill to the city center, then ten minutes back uphill. We started and finished our two-week Georgia vacation at this hotel, and it was a perfect choice for both ends of the trip. Highly recommended! Madloba 👋🏻❤️

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel's terraces were a lovely place to take in the peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Hotel History has a distinctive Georgian feel and plenty of charm. It sits up in the mountains above the city, a bit far from the center, but the quiet and atmosphere make that worthwhile. We had a fantastic stay and no complaints.

Walking up the hill was actually lovely, though it can make finding a Bolt taxi tricky sometimes. The host offered to arrange a ride if I wanted one. I stayed in the terrace room and the view was great. Everything was very clean, and the hosts were kind and ready to help. I'd come back.

Hotel History made our visit to Kutaicy City feel special from the start. Konstantin, the owner, was warm and easy to talk to, and happy to help with anything. He suggested restaurants, shared bits of the city's history, and offered to arrange a tour. The hotel itself is cozy, well looked after, and comfortable, with a convenient spot for seeing local sights and lesser-known places. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
