You can reach plenty of amenities in a 5-10 minute walk, and the two women at reception did their best to help us. Still, the hotel itself, the rooms, and the breakfast all need a lot of upgrading. Breakfast was very limited ๐ฅฒ

Breakfast is served on the terrace, which is a lovely spot, and the view from the 9th floor is breathtaking. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. It's close to the city center and a perfect place to stay in Kutaisi. Absolutely recommended.

The reception team were wonderful, especially Maya, Saba, and Vikka. They arranged our airport transfers and two full days of sightseeing with a private taxi that stayed with us all day and brought us back to the hotel, all for a very reasonable fee. They also pointed us to great sights, authentic food, and places to shop. My two sisters and I stayed midweek at The Hotel Panoramic. Our room was spacious and clean, the view was out of this world, linen was changed every other day, and we got fresh towels daily. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, and the top floor restaurant was amazing. We'll definitely stay again when we're next in Kutaisi. Great trip.

Worst room I've ever had. The cleaning chemical smell was so strong it gave me a headache and an allergy. The balcony door wouldn't close, and the air conditioning was so noisy I couldn't sleep.

The balcony and room, as well as the restaurant, all had amazing views. Many monuments are nearby, with lots of places within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and spoke several languages. Cleanliness, quiet, food, and the other facilities all get a 10 out of 10 from me. Highly recommend this hotel in Kutaisi.
