We got a welcome gift for my birthday, and the owners showed us their family wine cellar and gave us two limited wine bottles. They’re very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The place is so nice. I highly recommend it, and I’d definitely stay there again.

Small rooms, but they’re new and very clean. It’s relaxing, with great hosts and an outside terrace. The river is close by, so you can hear the water in the evening. Breakfast is good and costs 10 lari. The hosts don’t serve dinner, but you can buy what you need at the convenience store next door.

They can help set up tours in Kutaisi and elsewhere in Georgia. The location is right on Google Maps, though the street itself is drawn incorrectly, so we needed a few minutes and some asking around to find it. The rooms have bathrooms and air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is available. Good value for the price.

The host was especially friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean with all the amenities available. The place is beautiful and sits right by the river. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Kutaisi.
