Watching the sunrise from the terrace was unforgettable, and the view is stunning. Our family spent one night at this homestay in Kutaisi, run by a welcoming family: a grandmother, mother, and their kids. It felt very homely and comforting. Breakfast had a wide selection of delicious dishes, including pancakes and chicken items that our children really enjoyed. We’d happily recommend this delightful stay.

It can be a little tricky to find, and there isn’t much within an easy walk, though the location is okay. The hosts are excellent, the rooms are good, and the city view is beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding.

The owners are really nice, and the place is good, with a spectacular view. Our room was clean, but the TV wouldn’t turn on. The 4th floor was amazing, with binoculars, swings, and a perfect spot for tea. Breakfast had good savory and sweet choices, including options for kids. I’d recommend it.

This very clean, cozy hotel really showed us what Georgian hospitality means after the chaos of Batumi. The owners and staff feel like one big family, and you notice that in the way they do things. They welcomed us with homemade wine and gave us useful advice about places to eat and the local market. They also arranged a ride to the airport right away for 4 a.m., so we didn’t have to worry about finding a car in the morning. Highly recommended! 💛🇬🇪

My room was small but clean and comfortable, with a balcony and excellent views over the city. The hotel is up the side of a hill, just a short walk from the city centre. The staff were super nice and welcomed me with homemade wine and chacha. Breakfast was Georgian-style, freshly made, plentiful, and delicious. There’s private parking if you’re driving, so you don’t have to leave your car on the street. It’s a bit expensive for Georgia, but I thought it was worth the price.
