Our host personally showed us the parking and gave us a look around. We were offered wine and fruit every night and felt very well looked after. The rooms are lovely, with good beds, AC and a beautiful roof terrace. The bathroom was especially good compared with the Georgian bathrooms I’ve seen that often don’t have shower curtains. Great service for a good price, I’d definitely recommend it.

The location made it easy to explore Kutaisi on foot, with attractions, shops and restaurants close by. I also loved the neighborhood’s lively feel, charming streets and local character. This was easily my best hotel stay in Kutaisi, and I’d choose it again. The room was beautifully furnished and decorated, with luxurious bedding and a lovely mix of elegance and comfort. I enjoyed spending time there, especially out on the balcony, which had breathtaking views over the city. Having a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine for clothes made the stay more convenient, especially for a longer visit. The owners made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They were warm, genuinely caring, shared useful local tips and were always available when I had a question or needed help. That personal welcome added a lot to the stay. I’d recommend this hotel whether you’re coming to Kutaisi for work or for pleasure.

Saba is a real multitasker. He can pick you up at the airport and take you back, and he’ll give you completely natural wine. The host is kind and helpful. The rooms are really clean and have balconies, though it’s a small place and there’s no elevator to get upstairs. All the attractions are near these rooms. You can see the attached photos. We stayed in a clean, comfortable double room with a private bathroom and a large private terrace. The house is a renovated heritage home from the 1800s, right in the heart of the old town. From there, it’s an easy walk to the Green Market, the fountain, nice restaurants and cafes, and the white bridge. There’s a kitchen with a kettle and fridge if you want to use them. The host is friendly and knows the area well, and can share local information and travel advice. It was just what we needed.
