The staff were helpful and wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. It was clean and quiet, and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in on my travels across different countries.

We had a great five-day stay in kutaisi. The hotel was clean and tidy, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were really kind and humble. We had a very good time.

I was hungry and had been walking around Kutaisi for 10/15 minutes trying to find desi food, with no luck. At the entrance to Solomon Hotel, I asked a man about desi cuisine. He first suggested I try the next street, then called me back and offered continental breakfast instead. I was glad to accept. A very kind woman in the lobby greeted me with a smile and showed me the buffet. When I asked to pay, she said I was their guest and wouldn’t take anything, even after I asked again. I’m still grateful to her for helping me when I was struggling to find food.

I’d put this among the best hotel stays I’ve had in Georgia, second only to one. The decor feels modern, everything was clean, and it had all the basics. The staff seemed a little shy, but they were helpful, so give them a bit of room and they’ll sort things out. I wish more hotels here were at this level. Definitely recommend it.

We paid for the most expensive room but were given the lowest one. After fitting, they changed it, and then the electricity went off at night. The service was really bad, and the manager shouted at us. Zero rating from me.
