A big thank you to the hotel team for making my stay so enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, polite, and positive. The reception staff paid attention to guests and were ready to help with anything, even beyond their usual duties. Housekeeping came daily, changed the sheets and towels, and replenished supplies as needed. The restaurant staff were welcoming and respectful as well. The hotel has a 10/10 atmosphere, very comfortable rooms equipped with everything you might need, and beautiful views from every side. The elevators worked smoothly, it was easy to find your way around, and thereโs a restaurant on the top floor with breathtaking views. Iโd definitely recommend it as a perfect getaway from the busy city. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Each time I've visited Gino Seaside Hotel in Tbilisi, I've had a great experience. The service is consistently kind and professional, and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff make you feel welcome and looked after. I last stayed from January 17 to January 21, then again from January 23 to January 24. My first visit was in May 2024, and it already left a very positive impression. Special thanks to Tamo, Saba, and Luka for being friendly, supportive, and providing excellent service. They made the stay even better. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

Being right by the sea made Gino Seaside a great place to relax, and the hotel itself felt clean and modern. BELLBOY Luka was especially kind and helpful whenever I needed something. His professionalism and warm manner really stood out. I had a great stay from beginning to end and would happily return.

The hotel was packed and hectic on New Yearโs Eve, but the staff still made us comfortable. They stayed attentive, warm, and professional despite how busy it was. It felt like they truly cared about their guests and did everything they could to make the stay pleasant.
