I stayed in the ground-floor deluxe queen room in the original old part of the house. It was lovely and spacious, with high ceilings, original molding, a balcony, and plenty of clothes storage. The en suite bathroom was nice, with doors around the shower, and the shared area was beautiful too. The balcony doesn't face anything interesting, but it was still nice to have outdoor space. The staff member was very nice. It's a beautiful little hotel in a central location. There isn't breakfast.

My room had a lovely view, and the owners were warm and helpful, madloba! The location was great too. The room was small, but clean and enough for what I needed. Soundproofing is limited, so it can be noisy. Earplugs might help if you're a light sleeper.

A perfect central spot in Kutaisi, with a kind and helpful hostess. The rooms are well equipped, and the old mansion itself has a lovely atmosphere, with a chic living room, a large piano, and a spiral staircase. It's a very nice little hotel.

We spent one night here during our visit to KUTAISI. It's a cozy, beautiful place, run by an older couple and well maintained. It's not a fully commercial hotel, so don't expect extras: there's no kitchen to order from, and no room service, just self service. The central location makes it easy to walk to everything. The rooms have air conditioning, which made our stay comfortable.

The room was small, but the owner is a wonderful woman who speaks Italian. She was so nice, and even let us leave our luggage in another room for free.
