I only booked one night to rest after the airport before a long trip, and honestly didn’t want to leave a review. But today was the last straw. It’s freezing outside, and I wanted to be warm like anyone would. The AC is set to 29ºC and still doesn’t heat the room. This has been a repeated problem, not just tonight, and the staff are very impolite. The least they could do is fix the AC when guests are paying to stay there. I’m left with only the blankets to keep warm. I stepped out to buy a drink and found the door locked when I came back. The bell doesn’t work properly, and I was worried I might get an electric shock from it. There was no receptionist around, so I waited ten minutes for someone to let me in. I’ve worked as a hotel receptionist for 11 years and have never experienced anything like this.

They picked us up at kutaisi airport and were accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a remote for the air conditioning, and the shared areas were clean too. The staff were lovely and friendly, and I liked the architecture. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through this part of Georgia.

Music from the restaurant below us was blaring all night, so we couldn’t fall asleep. The staff didn’t respond to our complaints. This hotel was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
