Vladimir and Khatuna made our stay feel warm and memorable. Vladimir was extraordinarily friendly and hospitable, doing everything he could to make guests comfortable. Khatuna was very pleasant and polite, and added even more care. The hotel is cozy, with stylish, well-kept rooms, and it’s close to the city’s main sights. There’s also a large wine cellar with a varied selection of local wines and other Georgian products. Breakfast was delicious and service was top-notch. Vladimir also organizes excursions around Georgia, from scenic mountains to historical landmarks. I’d sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kutaisi, and would happily return. There’s a large separate kitchen where you can cook and sit together with a bigger group. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and Vladimir’s homemade wine was delicious. The hotel has all the amenities, with clean rooms that have air conditioning, heating, a TV, a refrigerator, and more. It’s in a quiet area, but the center is easy to reach.

It’s a lovely place in a quiet neighborhood, and we stayed for two nights. The Wi-Fi is superb, and there’s a kitchen where you can cook. The city center is a little far, but the warmth of the people there makes up for it.

We had a great time here. The rooms are clean, modern, air conditioned, and ours also had a balcony. The hosts were the friendliest people, and even though we communicated through Google Translate, it was fun. They had fresh fruit waiting for us and offered coffee and tea. The guesthouse is in a quiet neighborhood, about a 20-minute walk from both the city center and the bus station. That was totally fine for us.
