The host was very polite and welcoming, and the location worked well for us. It’s close to the city centre and Bagrati cathedral. Kutaisi bus station is 4 km away, but you can catch a bus near the bridge in the centre. We stayed in May and the room was a bit cold. When we arrived late at night there was no hot water, though the host offered an airport transfer for 40 Gel.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the owner very kind. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the fountain and near Bagrati cathedral. There’s a beautiful garden restaurant, and you can rent a car from the house. The room was cheap and the location was good. I was really satisfied with my stay.

The host family were wonderful, kind, and welcoming. The view over the Rioni River and the historic Kutaisi Holy Annunciation temple is lovely, and you can walk to Bagradi Cathedral. The rooms have antique furnishings, including a Soviet-era telephone. It was a wonderful first experience for me, and the kitchen is free to use. The bathroom didn’t feel as nice, though it wasn’t unhygienic, just old facilities.

The terrace is peaceful and really nice, and the house is clean with everything you need. I’d recommend this for a short stay in Kutaisi. The owner is warm-hearted and very kind, and makes you feel at home.

After one week here, this is the best guesthouse in Georgia we’ve stayed in so far. The people are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the balcony is lovely. We strongly recommend it.
