West Tower Hotel

We had a small AC problem, but the staff quickly sorted it by moving us to another room. They were friendly and helpful, spoke good English, and made everything easy to communicate. The room was spacious, clean, and more comfortable than others we stayed in during Georgia. We especially appreciated the bathroom bidet spray, or "handheld bidet," which many hotels don't have. There wasn't food room service, but this was still the best hotel of our Georgia trip, even compared with some five-star stays. Highly recommend.

The room was small, and room service shut pretty early. Breakfast was limited, and the coffee was instant with no machine. The location is good, though. I appreciated the bidet in the bathroom and the friendly woman at reception.

Ms. Vansa was the highlight of the service. She welcomed us when we arrived late at night and was there to help with anything we needed. Don't expect every item to already be in the room, but if you ask, they provide it. The hotel is older, though clean and well kept. Breakfast was healthy and good enough. The location is quiet and nice. The room wasn't very large, but our family of four, two adults and kids aged 12 and 7, managed with one large bed and one small bed. Google Maps lists it as a two-star hotel, but I'd put the service at five stars; the hotel still needs plenty of improvement to reach a full four-star level.

From outside, West Tower hotel doesn't look like much, so don't judge it by its cover. Inside, the rooms are clean and have air conditioning, and the bathrooms are big with showers. There's a nice dining room, and you can also eat on the balcony. Good choice for a short city stay, and catching a cab is easy.
