The mountain-facing rooms are superb, and there’s a shared kitchen and sitting area. It’s peaceful here but still an easy walk to the town center. I only wish the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas.

It’s a relaxed place with comfortable rooms, a great view, and coffee and tea available. You can use the shared kitchen too. The entrance is where the attached picture shows, south of the Google Maps pin. Go down the stairs, which need some repair, and the building is on the left. The hotel itself looks nothing like the state of that staircase!

There’s a kitchen and washing machine, and the view is really good. Service was good too. I’d recommend this place if you’re visiting Mestia.

Inside, it’s quite cozy, even though the outside doesn’t look especially new or impressive. Nice hotel, friendly staff, and I’d recommend it.
