Pabellon Hotel

The cocktails were beautifully presented and really well balanced. Giorgi FB manager assistant made a delicious one 👌🤩. Breakfast was fresh, substantial, and well organized, and the restaurant had excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The line staff were especially attentive, professional, and always willing to help. A hotel with comfort, good service, and care in the details. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

We had a lovely stay here with my wife. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the attentive reception and breakfast teams made us feel at home. It works well for a romantic couples' break, while also having plenty to keep children and families entertained. We'd happily recommend it.

Dear Pabellon team, Thank you all for the kind hospitality. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless every day, and the warm smiles and caring service made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Mrs. Oksana, Mero, the front desk, restaurant, and breakfast teams for looking after us so well. The atmosphere, service, and overall quality were excellent. It was such a relaxing place that we honestly didn't want to leave. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience. Wishing you continued success, and we'll definitely be back!

The staff were warm and attentive, and the whole stay felt personal and unhurried. We fell in love with Kakheti and were already wishing we could return as we left. Vineyards stretch around Pabelon, with beautiful sunsets and the quiet pace of wine country all around. The atmosphere is deeply relaxing. The thoughtful design, from its colors and textures to the lighting and open connection with nature, feels elegant and effortless. The cuisine is carefully prepared from fresh local ingredients, with the same balance and care as the design. It's the kind of place that stays with you after you go.
