Ginger Hotel

When we arrived at about 05:00 after a long, tiring flight, the hotel said our early check-in note was “not visible in the system,” that there were no rooms available, and that nothing could be done. Our flight had landed at 03:55, and I had booked about a month ahead and paid extra for early check-in. I explained several times that we were exhausted, my wife was pregnant, and we were asking to use the room we'd paid for. They kept saying the earliest check-in was 14:00. Only when I said I'd take our documents to the police did they produce a key within minutes and let us stay that night. It seemed there was a solution, but they only offered it under pressure. There were no other hotels available nearby during the New Year’s holiday period, so we had to stay. On New Year’s Eve, we were already tired and my wife needed extra care. I messaged to ask whether there was room at the hotel’s New Year’s dinner because we didn't want to go looking for a restaurant. They said there was space and we could come at 22:00. By midnight (00:00), our table had received just 4-5 cold appetizers, with none of the main courses. We repeatedly asked staff to clear the table and bring the rest of the food, but nobody paid attention. My pregnant wife couldn't wait any longer, so she ordered food with Glovo and ate in our room. I only had alcohol at the venue, then ordered food from outside too and went back to the room. Even after all that, they charged us 300 GEL for this so-called event. When I messaged to explain what had happened, they threatened to involve the police if we didn't pay. The staff were extremely rude, and the service was completely unacceptable. After such a terrible experience, nothing else really matters. Just so you know, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The room view was breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the food was fresh and full of flavor. My stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and everything went beyond what I expected. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with nice attention to detail. Staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. I'd definitely recommend the hotel, and I can't wait to come back!

The hilly area makes walking around with small kids and a baby carriage less convenient. Otherwise, we had a great stay. It's cozy and quiet despite being right in the center, with good service and tasty restaurant food. Breakfast had a choice of options, and the rooms were cozy too. Great value for money. I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of options. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. The hotel is close to local attractions but quiet enough to relax. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, with warm hospitality and care throughout. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
