The setting is undeniably beautiful, but the stay itself was extremely disappointing. Service was inattentive and poor, and the facilities fell well below an acceptable standard for the high price. Cleanliness was a serious concern too. Cold wind came through the badly sealed window frames all night, making it hard to sleep. Our neighbors had to move rooms after rain leaked through the roof and soaked their bed. There’s a lot of potential in the location, but basic maintenance and staff training need urgent attention. For what they charge, the value just isn’t there, and I wouldn’t recommend staying until major improvements are made.

I spotted the hotel during my trip and stopped to have a look. It seems like a nice place, and I’m thinking of staying there next time.
