The rooms were lovely, especially for the low price. Having a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette in the room is unusual at that rate. We rented two rooms for six nights, and the owners were kind and welcoming the whole time. They helped us out and even gave us a little food. We're really grateful and would happily recommend them.

The hosts at Dato's Guests House were so welcoming, offering us fruit from the garden and homemade honey. Breakfast was filling, tasty, and varied, with generous portions at a reasonable price. They even brought coffee and dessert. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay, and all the advertised household items were there and working. We visited in the first half of September, when the weather was lovely and the sea calm. Velvet season was in full swing, so the beach wasn't crowded. We tried different spots along the coast, including the sandy beach near the Botanical Garden, about a 20-minute walk from the train station.

The hostess cooks so well, and the portions are enormous! The hosts are lovely, and their hospitality feels genuinely warm and Georgian. The rooms are nice and have the feel of a big private home, with a kitchen and stove.
