Jeiran Japaridze's Guesthouse

I left my bag here while I went hiking, then came back and stayed another night. It was a comfortable stay at a very good price, with easy access to amenities. The guesthouse is a 10-12 minute walk from the center, in a quiet area, and the hosts are friendly. My room was spacious, and the balcony view was beautiful. The kitchen is well supplied, and there are two bathrooms with toilets, so I never had to wait. Wifi was decent for checking email, though too unstable for video calls. You can use the washing machine for 5 GEL.

Low price, clean rooms, and lots of space in the shared areas, with outdoor seating. It’s close to the center, and you can use the washing machine for 5 lari.

It’s about a five-minute walk to the center, and there’s a kitchen and fridge. Our room was alright, with a decent bed and fresh sheets, and the place was relatively clean. But during our stay in early August 2023, there was construction right next door, so it was really noisy. It’s okay if you’re out all day every day, but not the best place to rest. The owners were kind enough to let us check out earlier than planned.

The rooms were good for the price, and the balcony has a great mountain view. The lady who runs the place was nice. It can be a little hard to find, though it seems they accept walk-ins, which is handy if you’re passing by.
