Eka really looks after her guests and is a wonderful host. The beds and rooms are comfortable, and everything was super clean. There’s a tiny, useful kitchen for preparing simple things. You do have to walk uphill a bit to get there, but the great views make it worth the effort. After a long day hiking, the terrace is a nice place to rest. Highly recommended!

Eka is lovely and takes care of everything. The guesthouse is mostly made of wood, with nice bedrooms and a living room furnished with cozy sofas. There’s a beautiful mountain view and a little garden, and one of the historical towers is part of the building, so you can visit it. Breakfast is optional and really substantial, just what you’ll need if you’re going wandering. The walk is a little uphill, along beautiful streets, and worth it.

After our four-day hike to Ushguli, we came back to Mestia and had a marvellous stay at Mestialux in August. The beds were comfy, breakfast on the patio was really good, and you could see the whole valley from there. We could wash our clothes too. Our host Eka was so nice, spent time chatting with us and suggested places to go. Definitely recommended. See you next time, cheers from Martin and Bruno!
