Mary made us feel at home and was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and even though the restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner, she helped us warm up our food. We had a lovely, cosy stay.

The beds were genuinely comfortable, and the room had attractive, new furniture. We also tried some dishes and found them exquisite. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a river view and the city's towers in sight. It's just a five-minute walk from central Mestia. Thanks to everyone at Paliani hotel, we were very happy to stay there ☺️

The restaurant food is delicious, and the hotel has its own distinctive design. The view opens out over Mestia, which is what makes this such a great place to stay. One of the best hotels in town.

The staff really made this stay for us. We were supposed to arrive in time for dinner, but got delayed until midnight, and they still waited and served us a meal. So kind of them! We were here for two nights with friends in this gorgeous, brand new hotel. The rooms are spacious, the location is perfect, and the food was very good, always a plus for us Italians. Hope I get to come back someday. Highly recommended!

The restaurant was so good that we ate there most nights, and we loved the river setting. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. I'd choose a river-facing room for the lovely view and the soothing sound of the water at night. After a horrible stay elsewhere, we were glad we moved here. The staff were really friendly too. A few things could be better. The bedroom only had one main light, and it was too bright, so bedside lamps for reading and relaxing would help. The bathroom didn't feel clean enough for a four-star place. The floor and shower were dirty, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly between guests. The shampoo and soap could also be better quality. The hotel listed a TV, but there was only a wall rack and no TV. We didn't mind, though it was odd to advertise one. Apart from those issues, everything was lovely.
