After 15 years working in hotels and restaurants, I can say the hospitality here really stood out. The warm, comfortable atmosphere and remarkable service made my stay special, and I’m wishing them continued success. The dining was just as memorable: every dish was full of flavor, beautifully done, and the setting was breathtaking. We felt welcomed and cared for throughout. Thank you for the lovely days and those wonderful meals! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The room was large, comfortable, and had all the facilities I needed. The toilet was very good, too. The hotel felt warm and cosy, and the service was nice. The lady couldn’t speak English, but that was fine, we used Google Translate. The location shown is wrong, it’s next to Laila restaurant.

Our room was clean, modern, cosy, and had everything we needed. The shower was especially nice. WiFi was weak in the room but worked perfectly in the restaurant. Breakfast was very good each morning, with lovely staff and nice morning music. If you need breakfast early, let the staff know the evening before so they can arrange it. The people at the hotel were helpful and super friendly, even though their English wasn’t the best, they were eager to help with anything. We had a really nice stay and will definitely come back. Thanks for the good time, seti-team :)

Right in the heart of mestia, the rooms are well designed, well serviced, and the location is ideal. Thanks to Sofi for being so prompt and cooperative.

In early June 2026, we were the only guests. There was plenty of good breakfast, and our room was spacious with a comfortable bed.
