Stop House Mestia

It's a great place a little away from downtown Mestia, but still within walking distance. The staff were wonderful and helpful, and breakfast was great.

The room wasn't clean, and the bathroom drain didn't work right. I had to fix it myself to use it. There was no heating, so I brought my sleeping bag in from the car. If I'd caught a cold on the trip, it would've been a disaster. I asked about the low temperature, but was told the heating wasn't working. For the price, this is a terrible place. Don't go.

The hosts are very attentive and make you feel at home. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, and, most importantly, a budget hotel. There's a huge kitchen and dining room equipped with everything. It's especially beautiful here in summer and autumn, and I'm sure winter must be even prettier. The only snag was that getting online could be difficult when other guests were using the internet, though it was enough for social media and scrolling. 4G worked very well, and with a week's unlimited internet for 9₾, I got 5-6 megabytes per second and could connect without any trouble.

The balcony has stunning views, and breakfast was hearty and delicious. The room felt warm and cozy, with new renovations.
