The staff were quite kind, and they didn’t charge us for some beer even after we reminded them. I think they know the hotel has drawbacks. The music from the nearby restaurant was very loud all night, the mattress was so bad I couldn’t sleep, and there was no hot water in the shower. The hotel is overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

The staff were really nice, and the pool was very good. I didn’t have any problems during the stay and enjoyed it. Still, rain comes through the roof, the rooms could be improved, and the food wasn’t anything special.

We came here to sleep, but there were parties going late into the night and nobody had warned us about the noise. The place was also overpriced, and the building was very dirty, with cobwebs along the corridors and around the lift. We felt cheated. What a shame. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

People living nearby have reportedly called the police often, but the loud music continues late into the night. It's a terrible location for that kind of noise, and it's a shame this is allowed to keep happening. I wouldn't recommend visiting.

Sandro and Giorgi deserve a special thank you. The waiters kept taking care of our requests without tiring, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The setting was beautiful and really relaxing.
