I went with a school camp in spring, when the place was quiet, and honestly, it was really clean. The rooms were all tidy and ready for us, and the food was amazing. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The food was excellent, and Tatia and Yanna were especially friendly and helpful. We had a relaxing break with chilled music, mountain views, a lovely big pool, and a great pool bar and restaurant. It's a quiet, laid-back hotel.

The bed in room 512 was hard and uncomfortable, and the sheets were badly worn and stained. My guests from Germany stopped here for one night while travelling through Georgia, but there was no hot water either on check-in evening or the next morning before checkout, so they couldn't shower. They had a very bad night and weren't rested when they continued their journey.

There weren't many people around, and the hotel itself is old. The staff were nice and helpful, but the location is quite far from restaurants, with no grocery store nearby.
