Sairme Resort

The pool was a bit of a trek from the hotel, and getting there felt tiring. They change the water every three days, but by day three it had turned green. The rest of our stay was fine, and I’d still recommend the place. The interior was modern and pretty, and our room’s minibar was packed with chocolates, liquor, sodas, and all kinds of other things. The food wasn’t as good as I expected. I guess it may be aimed at people having treatment, so it wasn’t a huge issue. If you’re trying to eat healthily, it’s probably okay.

The room we booked had a lovely river view, and it was clean and quiet. The service was pretty high, and the nature and views were amazing ❤️ Getting around was less convenient: parking was somewhere separate from the hotel, and the spa was a 10-minute drive away. If you skip the spa, there isn’t much to do, just a small park and one zip line.

The food was quite varied and generally good, but the dining room service was only average. Sometimes there weren’t plates available, and tables were left uncleared. Keep in mind that the standard rooms for two adults are very small and don’t have air conditioning. Only the most expensive rooms have it.

The hotel itself is nice, the included food is good, and the spa is pleasant. The problem is that they’re far apart, with a shuttle only once an hour. It didn’t stick to the timetable and left early. We arrived ten minutes before the shuttle actually departed, but still got stranded at the spa for 70 minutes with small children. If the spa is the main thing to do at the hotel, dependable, on-time transport really matters.
