We only ate at the hotel restaurant and didn't stay overnight. The meal was the best I've had in Georgia. Everything was great, especially the mussels in homemade cream wine sauce, served with fresh homemade bread. The views are hard to beat too. A really special place.

The view was beautiful, and the room was cozy, though the furnishings were older. On our second night, employees used a card to enter our room around midnight, then left quickly. We were also charged several times for food we hadn't ordered, a dining service fee even though we didn't dine there, and two breakfasts we neither ordered nor ate. We felt left to deal with it with no recourse. As an American, I found the behavior very offensive. At checkout after our two-night stay, they also accused us of not paying for the first night. That wasn't true, and we showed them the receipt.

The hotel is about a kilometer from the beach and 18 kilometers from Batumi. We drove into the city by minibus. The price was really affordable, and the staff were warm, open, and ready to help with anything. Our room was clean, tidy, and well equipped, and breakfast was tasty. Guests can use the small, private pool any time, day or night, and the balcony has a great view. A very recommendable place to stay.

The staff were so caring, sweet, and thoughtful. The birds, sea, and waterfall make a magical soundscape, and the view is incredible. This is my favorite place to stay in Georgia so far. I'd love to come back.
