The guesthouse is quiet and conveniently placed for the beaches, shops, and the main square where buses stop. The hostess is welcoming, and there’s a shared kitchen that works well if everyone keeps to the same cleanliness standards. Zoro, the German shepherd, can feel a bit intimidating.

Taliko and Johnny were warm, friendly hosts. Our room was cozy and clean, and the guesthouse is handy for nearby shops, a grocery store, cafes, and a pharmacy.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with either a private kitchen or access to a shared one. It’s peaceful and cozy despite being right by the central square. The hosts are wonderful and always willing to help with questions. A lovely place to unwind, and I recommend it.

Zoro, the German Shepherd, is fond of the guests, and so are the cats. The hostess was helpful and very friendly. Shops, a bus stop, and the beach are all nearby, with a view of the Batumi skyline from the beach. Hygiene is at typical Georgian standards.

The green yard and comfortable, cozy rooms make this a beautiful house to spend a vacation in. My wife and I fell for the place and its hosts on our first visit, and after meeting Talo we never considered staying anywhere else. We became friends with the hosts right away, and time here always brings more positive impressions. I recommend the guest house wholeheartedly. Thanks to them, and good luck ❤️
