The location makes it easy to pop into town, but the place still feels tucked away and private. You get your own room and bathroom, while staying right beside a wonderfully welcoming Georgian family. I visited during their granddaughter's summer break, so I got to hear them play Georgian instruments and sing, and was offered watermelon and coffee. They also invited me to dinner when I came back late. The food was incredible, and their homemade natural wine was among the best I tried here. It was inexpensive for the area, and having a pool was a lovely bonus.

We found this lovely place last night and met such warm people. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice, and breakfast was amazing. Such a lovely family. A presto!

We spent two days here in September 2019 and would happily return for the homey feel. The bathroom was a little cramped, but it had everything we needed. Nana and her family were so welcoming and helpful: they sorted out our car trouble, arranged a winery tour for the following day, and made us excellent breakfasts both mornings.

The old guys were such sweet, welcoming hosts. The place is comfortable and doesn't cost much, and you can also use the pool with its view over the old city.
