The setting was lovely, but in October we seemed to be the only guests in the entire hotel. The receptionist and manager left at 10 PM and were very rude. My partner and I were left there alone, which felt frightening. We had booked two nights, but after that first night we left in the morning. Nobody showed any concern for us or our safety. It was a nightmare.

Alpine gave us a magical atmosphere for the two days we were there for our wedding in 2024. The view was beautiful, the service was outstanding, and the people were lovely. Thanks so much. We'll recommend it and stay again whenever we come back!

We spent a week here and were so happy with it. The rooms were lovely and the food was amazing. What made it especially nice was how welcoming the staff were, with a real family feel and so much willingness to help. Thanks to the whole team. I'd happily stay here again.

This is just about the restaurant, not the hotel's service. I loved the interior and the meals on my first visit. A few weeks ago, on my second visit, both the food and service were awful. The 28 GEL veal stew wasn't edible for me: I couldn't find a piece of meat, just bones and entrails. The 28 GEL “chicken in wild plum sauce” was only two small pieces of overcooked chicken fillet with ordinary tkemali. The place had nice New Year decorations, but the food didn't live up to it. If it hadn't been New Year's Eve, I wouldn't have paid for that meal.
