Devdaraki Kazbegi Apartments

The mountain views from the second floor are lovely, and the apartments are new and on the edge of town. They have cooking utensils, a washing machine, and a drying rack. There is parking, but the spaces were so tight that we always parked on the road. The apartment building isn’t staffed; it’s managed through the reception at the sunny apartments up the road. It could have been cleaner.

Tamari greeted us warmly when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know. Before that, the staff had been responsive, communicative, and courteous, and Tamari continued to reply quickly and thoroughly to our requests with a smile. We stayed for one night in September in a second-floor apartment. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge, and other useful appliances. The view is magical, and the interior design is gorgeous. I’d add a medium-weight blanket to give guests another way to adjust the sleeping temperature. A net on the doors would help too, since flies come in when you open the door to enjoy the air and view. I’d also put a curtain in the shower. It might look less glamorous, but would be more convenient, in my opinion. We had a very positive stay and would choose this place again if we visit Stepantsminda. Thanks for hosting us.

The mountain view from this new apartment on the edge of town is lovely. Sophia is a great host and very communicative, though the cleanliness could be better.

The front-facing apartments with balconies are modern and comfortable, and have great views.
