It’s an ideal place to spend the night before climbing Mount Kazbek. If the weather is good, you may get a view of the summit in the morning.

We left disappointed. We had come on a recommendation, and although the landlady tried to be polite, we didn’t receive anything we asked for. One day we found our room wide open when we got back, and her explanations didn’t feel very convincing.

Fine for a night while passing through, though I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.
