The girls on staff made such a nice first impression, they were sweet and very polite. Our room was neat and clean, with coffee and tea available. Shops and the city center were close by, too. Thank you!

I booked a room with a balcony through booking.com, but the room I got at check-in had none. When I pointed out it wasn't the type I'd reserved, I was told there was a problem with that room. Later I found out they'd given it to another group.

We took a three-hour cooking Masterclass, and Ani was a Superwomen. She handled all the hospitality, kept everything running, and was always smiling, helping and explaining things during the class. She also looked after the hotel guests with the same smile. I'll come back!

The terrace and our room both looked out toward Kazbegi, and the view was amazing. The hotel was spotless, very well heated, and had all the amenities. The hosts were so welcoming. Thanks a lot!

The decks had fantastic mountain views, and it was a great base for exploring Kazbegi. The host was exceptionally friendly and did his best to accommodate our beds. Our room was comfortable and well appointed, with a clean, modern bathroom.
