Room 5 has the best thing about the hotel: a view of the mountains and Trinity Church. On a sunny day, it's easily the best place for happy hour. The room was clean and cozy, and the host answered our questions quickly through booking.com.

We got snowed in, and the hosts were so thoughtful about it. They let us stay until we found out whether the pass was open, kept us updated every hour or two, and said they'd give us a discount if we ended up trapped. We really appreciated how caring they were, and would definitely stay with them again.

The views from upstairs were nice, and the location was okay, though a bit away from the city center. But the room itself was freezing because the heating didn't work, and the toilet wouldn't flush. I tried calling and going to the host's door several times, but couldn't reach anyone during our two nights there. The only time we could get hold of them was at checkout, when they came to collect the money. The mattresses had springs you could feel, and the doors were so thin you could hear everything in the hallway. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable rooms with lovely views. The staff are lovely too, and the place is near the center. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
