Villa Kazbegi

For a group of 12, the villa is a good size, with a well-equipped kitchen and living room. It has six rooms, each with its own bathroom, though only one room has a balcony. The town center and its grocery shops are a short drive away, or about a 15-minute downhill walk, with an uphill return. On our first day the hot shower wasn't working, and it was -4°C.

The toilets had a sewage smell, which we learned can happen in many places in Georgia because of the sewage system. The place was cute and suited our big group well, though it wasn't the cleanest. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a washing machine and dishwasher.

We had great views of the surrounding mountains, even though other houses block some of them. The house is spacious and very close to the village center. I'd recommend it for a large family or group.

We stayed from 31July - 3Aug 2024. The villa has six clean, spacious rooms, and we got a discount since we didn't need them all. The kitchen has almost everything you need, and there's a large outdoor area with BBQ tools. Beside it is a garden full of trees, where you might get lucky and see cows eating or even fighting each other 😂. The location is nice, too. The staff stopped replying after they got paid. We found out after check-in that the washing machine wasn't working. They didn't cooperate or help us with laundry, and didn't reply at all.
