Ms Nini deserves special thanks for all her effort and for being such a wonderful host. The staff were pleasing and helpful, and the hospitality was great. The property is well located with fabulous mountain views. We enjoyed our stay at Kasbegi and highly recommend it. We'd love to come back 🙏🙏

The hotel was fairly clean and quite nice, and the room itself was okay. But I was very disappointed by the amenities. We booked based on what the description listed, and the advertised restaurant wasn't there. We'd planned a Valentine's Day dinner at the hotel so we wouldn't need a taxi or to drive afterward. The room only had two bottles of water and two tea bags, and nearly all the listed amenities were missing. There was coffee, but it was all over one of the walls. We also couldn't find the reception and coffee time, bathrobes, or restaurant we expected. I spent a lot of time researching this place and even spoke with the hotel on WhatsApp. In the end, I felt my wife was let down by what was missing. If you want an affordable, okay place in a beautiful area, this may suit you. For the quality stay with the promised amenities, I'd look elsewhere.

You can see Gergeti Trinity Church and Mount Kazbegi clearly from the rooms, and the view is magical. The staff can arrange cabs to the church and nearby sights, and breakfast was decent. We liked Maharajah, one of three Indian restaurants within a 12-15 minute walk, for its delicious food. It's a great boutique property with a contemporary feel. Best of all, the staff are courteous and always willing to help. Definitely recommend staying here.

The facilities didn't meet what I expected for the price. Breakfast was very poor, the restaurant wasn't operating though it was supposed to, the shower didn't work well, and the sink was broken. The room was spacious and clean, with no bad smell, but it felt a little old and got quite cold at night. The mountain view is amazing and the hotel's location is excellent. It's an okay place if a nice view is all you're after.

The location and view were good, and the room was good too. Breakfast was disappointing, though. The buffet often ran out of food and staff didn't replenish it. We mentioned this to reception and got only an "ok" in response. The hotel has potential, but the breakfast staff need to do a better job.
