The view from our window was beautiful, and the room and bathroom were clean. Residence Kazbegi was peaceful, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was decent, with basic choices. Parking is available, though you have to open and close the gate yourself. A heads-up about the stairs: there’s no elevator, most rooms are on the third floor or above, and staff don’t help with luggage. Carrying big suitcases up can be tiring. We had an attic room on the third floor, and strong winds made the roof incredibly noisy at night. It sounded like trains or heavy vehicles passing overhead all night 😭 Aside from that, the cleanliness and view were great. Lower-floor rooms are probably much quieter.

We arrived out of season, when the hotel was almost empty, but they still treated us excellently and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, and breakfast was excellent too. We had a great time and are already looking forward to coming back next season.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the coffee was great, and breakfast had lots of delicious options. Our room was clean and fresh, and the views were incredible. You can tell a lot of thought went into all the details. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I loved everything about it. If you visit Kazbegi, it’s definitely the best choice.

The coffee was without a doubt the best, and breakfast was delicious. I was impressed as soon as I arrived by the warm welcome and atmosphere. The views are breathtaking too. I had a wonderful stay here, and it’s a great place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty around you.

Residence kazbegi is in such a beautiful setting, and the staff made us feel really welcome. My room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend this hotel in Kazbegi ❤️
