The apartment and service were poor. I won’t come back.

Nice location, and affordable too.

The sofa in the common room was completely broken, with its railings simply leaning against it instead of being attached. When we opened it, we found socks and dried insects inside. There was dust everywhere, and it was terribly dirty. The damp and urine stench made me throw up the next morning. The old heater and refrigerator crackled all night, and the basement, which was open and accessible down a staircase, reeked of damp. We were freezing on our first night. We booked the apartment for November 13 to November 18. The photos seemed to show the same place, but it looked like they were old and the apartment was worn out. Unfortunately, we’d handed over the money straight away. We planned to leave the next day, after paying the website $32 for two nights, plus $95 for accommodation and cleaning. The landlady sent a neighbor to speak to us and refused to talk herself. We only wanted $50 back from the $215 we paid for four nights, excluding the website’s commission. After a lot of hassle, we barely got $100 back. Leah, you’re dishonest!
