The homemade wine is well worth trying, and we were very happy with both dinner and breakfast. Prices were reasonable, nothing felt overpriced. The hotel deserves its 5 stars: the view is stunning, the rooms are very clean, and the staff are attentive, understanding, and ready to help. A special thanks to Salome and Tekla. They were exceptionally kind and polite, and always had a smile. Thank you for everything.

The room was clean and comfortable, and it suited my stay well. I also liked the breakfast and the restaurant food. The waiters, though, could provide much better service. They weren’t very attentive or friendly.

I’d come back. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, despite some reviews that had made me worry beforehand. My room faced the mountain, which seemed much quieter than the street side. Breakfast was fine, and there were lots of choices on the dinner menu.

We came all the way from Malaysia, and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was very good, and the location was good too. The receptionist who checked us in was especially nice and welcoming. TQ

We had an issue with the water, but the staff sorted it out very quickly. They were kind and handled every request professionally. I really don’t believe the negative comments about them. The restaurant and service were excellent, and our room was clean. I truly enjoyed our three-night stay. It was wonderful, and I highly recommend the hotel. I definitely plan to return. 🤍
