The pool was very good, and the service was faultless. Breakfast was great too, though 0900 for breakfast, really? The room layout is a disaster for a modern hotel. Putting the bathroom on the outside wall means losing a large exterior window, leaving a tiny, impractical balcony. The wardrobe isn’t deep or wide enough for hanging clothes, and there’s only a narrow space beside the beds.

After the heavy snowfall, our wheels were caked with ice and snow. The woman at reception lent us a steel ruler to scrape it off, which helped a lot. We really appreciated how kind and helpful she was. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the mountain and town views after the snow were amazing.

I spent three lovely days in this little place near the city center, and it’s hard to put into words how special it felt. The rooms and everything else were very clean, and the staff were so friendly and focused on making me comfortable. It was peaceful at night, with a cozy, welcoming feel that made it easy to enjoy the day and properly rest 🤍

The food was delicious, and being right in the heart of Telavi made it easy to find interesting places nearby. There are also wine tastings and different entertainment options, with a beautifully designed wine cellar that felt like a really unique setting. Our room was surprisingly spacious for a standard room. The beds were large and very comfortable, and the clean, high quality linens added to that feeling. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and attentive, and it was a pleasure talking with them. Our whole family had a wonderful stay, and we’d happily recommend this charming hotel.
