Resort Zuzumbo Resort Spa

The setting is beautiful, and the staff were extremely welcoming during our two nights here in February 2026. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of parking and a lot to use: a gym, massage services, a sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, an outdoor snooker table, and swings in the forest area. I couldn't book a massage because the masseuse was sick, so I didn't get to try it. Swimming indoors was comfortable in winter since the water is warm. The floor around the pool gets slippery, so proper flip-flops are a good idea. The two outdoor pools look lovely, but the area around them can be icy and slick in winter. The sauna is beside the indoor pool and has two rooms. The changing, waiting, storage, and shower space is shared. I used Room No. 2 both days. Its door doesn't seal properly, so steam escapes quickly, though shutting the rear vent window helps keep it in longer. The exhaust fan had fallen off and wasn't working; it should be fixed to improve ventilation and maintenance. The snooker table is in its own cabin in the forest. It was quite cold inside, and the small heater didn't warm the place enough. Summer would probably be a more enjoyable time to visit. Breakfast was fairly basic and standard, with fruit, khachapuri, sausages, eggs, French toast, and similar items. It was a pleasant winter stay with good facilities and lovely surroundings.

A great place to get away from the noisy city. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the Georgian food is delicious. I had an amazing time and will definitely come back. I'd recommend it to everybody.

I had my prom here and would definitely recommend the resort. The gardens are amazing, the pool is huge, and the food and restaurant area are nice.

It's in a lovely, green and peaceful spot, and the breakfast and room service were excellent. The hotel and rooms have rather modest interiors and facilities, though, and could use some upgrading.
