Top Floor Guest House

The top floor is a great place to unwind, with a full billards table and a stunning balcony where you can sip wine and take in the views. Timur made us feel so welcome in this gorgeous house, which they’ve recently renovated, and offered tips on places to see in town as well as wine tours. We were even offered wine when we arrived. We had the twin room, with a great shower, comfy bed, smart TV, aircon, and kettle. They’ve thought of everything, and the furniture and renovation are fantastic. It’s super affordable for what you get. Definitely stay at Top Floor accommodation if you’re visiting this beautiful town. 🇳🇿🇬🇧

Central location, free parking, and you can order homemade breakfast. We only stayed one night, and it was pretty good overall. There’s a sort of museum in the house, and the owner is proud of every object and happily shows visitors around. The tour was interesting, but we were tired and just wanted to rest, while the owner was quite insistent about showing us around. Then, when we finally sat on the balcony, a family member sat beside us and watched YouTube without headphones 🙄. Privacy was lacking, and there’s no aircon. Everything else was good.

We loved our three nights here. Timur and Marina made us feel like we were staying with Georgian family, and the atmosphere was really relaxed. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the shared bathrooms spotless. You can use all their facilities if you want. A dinner in the park, with views of the mountains and valley, is a must while you’re here. Totally recommend it.
